My Experience of Umrah

In the past recent weeks, I went on the journey of a life time with my mother. A journey which I met some wonderful people and visited some enlightened places.

When I came back, people have been asking me ‘How was your Umrah? ‘
I would always reply with that it was good, amazing, enlightening. However I felt that by summarising this majestic experience into a single word would be injustice, a lack of Adab towards Allah the majestic, the beneficent. So I was guided to create a blog about it.

In-sha-Allah, this blog will tell a story of a sinful soul, seeking salvation from Allah the supreme and a connection with His Final Messenger, Muhammad, salallahu-‘alayhi-wasallam, alongside with the gems I met in Medina and Makkah and their story.

I request a Fatiha for Sidi Majid’s mother who passed away several days ago from you please. Allah bless you.
